"Thai Fry"
Sunday night we had a few friends over for dinner, so the day revolved around deciding what to make and acquiring the right ingredients. Even I ended up making something edible (sort of). Since this post is being updated two days after the dinner, I can gladly report that no one has gotten sick from our cooking (I think). A day before we got our first CSA basket (Community Shared Agriculture), so the plan was to make a recipe using the newly acquired groceries. Sadly we chickened out at the last moment and made a Thai stir fry we made with great results a few days prior. I made Masala Chicken, which turned out ok, but now I know how to make it better! I'll be trying out the new recipe for a work pot luck.
