"Wine, Bread & Tapenade"
I read a study that Alcohol is good for you, doesn't matter what kind of Alcohol just Alcohol, it could be Beer, Wine even Whiskey. The study said that Alcohol increases the good cholesterol and promotes great heart health. These studies seem to come out twice a year, I have a hunch it's the Alcohol makers (probably Red Wine makers) who commission this study (or drunk scientists) to combat dips in the sales cycles.
The study goes on to say that Red wine is probably the best but only due to some correlation between the eating habits of Wine drinkers and Beer drinkers. Wine drinkers seem to buy healthier foods such as organic produce and non-frozen food. Beer drinkers on the other hand eat salty food (chips and dip) and more frozen food and chemical laden produce if they even eat produce.
So on the 2nd to ensure my future heart health I drank one beer and two glasses of wine. While drinking Beer I had salted peanuts and cheese, and with Wine I had Organic Spinach over some Pasta with Broccoli. Damn those Scientists are good! Also wine has some anti aging properties, but one would need to drink 100 bottles a day...I'm taking a 1/2 day at work today so I can stop the aging process. 27 and staying 27!
