"Turkey Balls!"
So I took the ground Turkey from the day before that's well marinated and made them into Turkey Meatballs, and popped them into the Oven at 400 degrees for an hour, turning them over at 1/2 hr mark. Once done I garnished with fresh Onion, sea salt and pepper! The Turkey literally crumbled once the fork touched it, it was excellent! Took this dish to the pot luck and I was pretty damn blown away by the other great food people brought! Mostly guys and they can all cook some serious food!
